Internships

The Center for Child & Family Health equips the next generation of clinicians with trauma-informed, evidence-based practices through internships in social work and practica or externships in psychology (as available).

Open House

Each year CCFH hosts an Open House for interested candidates to learn about the program opportunities, as well as share their interests and experiences with potential supervisors before submitting an application.

This year’s virtual Open House will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 6pm. REGISTER

Current Openings

The following programs are hosting interns this year:

  • Prevention – Healthy Families Durham (1 MSW intern)
  • Treatment – Clinic/Post Adoption (1-2 pre-doctoral externs)
  • Macro Placement – National Center for Child Traumatic Stress (2 MSW interns)
