Last year the 2021 Shamrock Virtual Miles Challenge raised more than $50,000 for children receiving trauma-informed, evidence-based mental healthcare in CCFH’s Urbaniak Clinic. Now, the Shamrock ‘N’ Run 5K is returning to benefit CCFH and Prevent Child Abuse America! The annual race, now in its 29th year, is organized by UNC Kappa Delta.
The 2022 Shamrock ‘N’ Run 5K will be held on Saturday, February 19, at 7:30am. Starting from the Kappa Delta House at 219 E. Franklin Street, the course follows UNC-Chapel Hill’s campus and nearby neighborhoods. Registration is $25 per person and includes a long-sleeve t-shirt.
