Jennifer McMillan Rubin joined the CCFH Board as a community representative in 2019, and serves on its development committee. Ms. Rubin work experience includes managing public relations, community affairs, patient advocacy, and media relations for GlaxoSmithKline for 17 years. After leaving GSK, she led her own communications consulting firm, where she advised pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. She currently is the president of the League of Women Voters of North Carolina. Ms. Rubin lives in Durham and has been a resident of North Carolina for nearly 30 years.
