Post Adoption Virtual Open House

As new adoptive families learn about Post Adoption Support Services at CCFH, the Post Adoption team created a virtual open house to highlight how they can provide support. In the 5-minute video, Post Adoption team members introduce themselves and explain the services they offer. Adoptive parents within Post Adoption’s 20-county service area who watch this short video are eligible for a $10 Amazon gift card.
