We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for both our staff and the families that we serve. At CCFH, we are pursuing ways to improve clinical research, training, and prevention and intervention practices that are hampered by privilege, institutional racism, and unconscious bias.

We are always learning and committed to growth in our efforts to bring about diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Our CCFH DEI strategic plan outlines action with the following goals:
  • Transform our culture to one of shared power and transparency
  • Integrate anti-racist practices throughout CCFH in training, clinical services, and prevention

We will continue to do this by:

  • Recognizing and amplifying the voices of our community
  • Educating, conducting research, disseminating training, and treating clients with an equity lens
  • Creating space for staff to participate in action teams focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion
